Requirements
- Job seekers age 21+
- High School diploma/GED or higher
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Background check and training required
Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay
- Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities
- Help assess their needs and contribute to a long-term care plan
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-punitive environment
- Demonstrate strong character, accountability, and professionalism
