As a Group Home Case Manager you will be a member of a care-team responsible for leading and maintaining a safe, supervised, and structured living environment for adolescent residents that is conducive to their well-being. Case Managers assess group dynamics and resident needs to then utilize that information when carrying out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position. Case Managers promote improved social, developmental, educational and physical functioning of group home residents. Successful Group Home Case Manager candidates possess a high attention to detail with great time management and organization skills. This position requires effective communication skills as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
