About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to introduce children ages 2–8 to the game of soccer in a fun, engaging, and positive environment.

No prior soccer coaching experience is required. We provide full training and support.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and safe soccer classes for up to 12 children (30–45 minutes per session)
• Follow our structured weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment and prepare the field
• Engage each child individually to support their development
• Manage class rosters and program equipment
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
• Provide brief post-session feedback
• Use creativity and enthusiasm to make every class memorable
