About The Position

We’re looking for energetic and positive soccer coaches who want to help young athletes learn the game, build confidence, and have fun.

If you’ve played soccer at a recreational, high school, or club level and enjoy encouraging kids, this is a great opportunity to gain coaching experience while making a real impact in your community.

As a Soccer Instructor, you will help lead youth practices and game day experiences for athletes ages 5–10.

Depending on the program, you may lead skill-focused training sessions or coach and manage a team during league games. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where kids can learn soccer and enjoy the game.

Requirements

• Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level)
• Positive, energetic personality
• Comfortable leading groups of kids
• Ability to coach, encourage, and manage a team
• Reliable and able to commit to the full season (6 weeks)
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Lead fun practices focused on soccer fundamentals and skill development
• Coach teams during games, ensuring all players receive fair playing time
• Referee youth games when needed
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
• Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
• Communicate positively with players and parents
• Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs
