About The Position
Earn Money. Change Lives. Make a Difference. Youth Sports (Referees and Umpires) Pay Range $15.00-$16.50 Do you love playing sports? Do you love teaching kids to play sports? Requirements
- Fun, engaging, welcoming
- Early/Punctual and Reliable
- A great learner, with the ability to take constructive criticism
- Confidence in self and policy
- Ability to build relationships to allow for greater ease when enforcing rules and diffusing tense situations
- Alert and safety-oriented – ability to anticipate what may happen to keep safety the top priority
