Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Auto creates MRO purchase requisitions into the PO’s in Oracle cloud for Montevideo and Pelican Rapids plants.
• Receives and updates confirmation for all direct/indirect/MRO orders at Montevideo and Pelican Rapids.
• Research any outstanding issues on these orders with the warehouse and parts room personnel at the plant.
• Research and update direct/indirect reports, UIRR reports and overdue reports for Montevideo and Pelican Rapids.
• Assists with miscellaneous parts room duties.
• Assists with DataServ and Oracle resolution to ensure on-time vendor payment.
• Assists Plant Purchasing Manager and MRO Buyer with miscellaneous duties.
• Assist with vacation coverage for Maintenance Storeroom Coordinators/Purchasing Clerks throughout the Enterprise.
• There may be times when picking up parts is necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
