About The Position

The primary role of the Associate Maintenance Technician is to provide safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• General knowledge of tools and their uses in routine work.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Work well with other team members and independently.
• Good attendance.
• Lift up 50 pounds.
• Work in cold, wet, humid environment, work in heights and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance work such as greasing, oiling, minor troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance as well as preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Identify basic machine parts and maintenance supplies.
• Practice of good housekeeping and sanitary practices as outline by company policies.
• Work with Team Members and follow instructions.
• Assist other maintenance Team Members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work 8-10 hours per shift and weekends as scheduled.
