Overview: Summer Interns complete a 10 week internship centered around professional development, career growth and building the necessary skills to succeed. Summer Interns participate in projects and department initiatives that accelerate career growth and play an important role in building the future of the Bank. As an Intern, you will gain exposure to other departments through guest speakers and industry leaders and a built-in network with peers as well as priority consideration for full time opportunities throughout the Bank. About the Team: The Customer Contact Innovation & Continuous Improvement Team partners across the organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements that enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and enable scalable growth across the Contact Center. We serve as a centralized intake, governance, and delivery function—ensuring the right problems are worked on at the right time, using disciplined analysis and proven continuous improvement methods.
