Requirements

  • Required Education: You meet one of the following criteria: Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student / completed at least 2 years of college/university).
  • Required majors: Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-minded, curious learner that finds accomplishment in dealing with reduction of complexity, simplification and unexplored paths

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis and forecasting in expense, headcount, inventory and capital expenditure to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and planning purposes.
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry competitors, and emerging opportunities to support financial analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior finance professionals to learn and apply financial principles and best practices.
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects as assigned, providing valuable contributions to the team.
