Quantum Workplace’s Insights Team is made up of subject matter experts in employee engagement, performance management, and employee listening strategies. The team of Insights Analysts work directly with customers, assisting with survey, performance, growth, and recognition program design, analyzing results, advising on recommended actions, and coaching to best practices. The Insights Analyst Intern will support the team by analyzing employee data, identifying key trends, and assisting in the creation of customer deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include refining presentations, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to scalable resources such as customer guides and templates. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis and workplace culture strategy within the HR tech industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools; experience with HRIS, ATS, or survey platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Passionate about workplace culture, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Insights Analysts in analyzing employee survey, performance, growth, and recognition data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Help identify trends and patterns in data and summarize findings into clear, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Build, edit, and refine customer deliverables in PowerPoint, including charts, tables, and written summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data and presentations.
  • Work independently on structured tasks and collaborate with the Insights Team to translate data into a clear narrative.
  • Contribute to scalable team resources such as slide templates, customer guides, and reusable materials.
