Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supervising production employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the steel industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 16949 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Oversee plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and production teams to meet customer and production requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support plant success.
