For experienced technicians ready to lead service calls on their own, the AT Program offers a fast-track to a field-ready role. If you have the skills, we’ll give you the tools, support, and opportunities to grow. The successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to install, troubleshoot, service & repair commercial kitchen equipment. Has a familiarity with electrical, gas, and steam systems. Provides excellent customer service. At EMR you have a local dispatch, parts and management team to help support you. Requirements

3+ years experience
Licenses are a plus
Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
Clear criminal background
Pre-Employment drug screening
Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
