We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to attend industry conferences, seminars, and events, as well as document essential facts that will enhance the organization’s knowledge base. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Data Management, Business, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role involving real-time note taking, event attendance, or knowledge management.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for attending industry events and learning about industry developments, with interest in continuously expanding industry knowledge and staying current with events and news.
  • Passion for organizing data and structuring information in a clear, accessible format.
  • Proficiency in distilling complex information into concise summaries for others to understand, with advanced analytical skills and ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Familiarity with data center architectures and ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments with real-time attention to detail and active listening.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Being able to own process within three months of starting this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in the Semiconductor or Software industries
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or GPU technology
  • Curiosity for participating in technology conferences and engaging in pioneering technology
  • Experience in technical writing
