About The Position

The
Account Associate – International is responsible for managing the business
relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company.
This position supports the Wholesale International business.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the
role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills essential

Responsibilities

• Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers
• Reviews trends with buyers
• Implements season profitability plans
• Reviews weekly sales performance
• Analyzes customer business opportunities
• Conducts presentations and meetings with key customers
• Recommends and implements marketing strategies
• Participates in shoe shows
• Coordinates merchandising
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
