We’re hiring our first dedicated Account-Based Marketing Manager, reporting into the Field Marketing & ABM team, to help operationalize and scale our enterprise ABM motion. This individual contributor role will focus on the execution of ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to drive pipeline creation, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen engagement with priority accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who knows how to turn account strategy into high-impact campaigns, custom deliverables, and measurable business outcomes. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on experience executing account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience running 1:1 ABM campaigns in close partnership with enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong ability to translate account strategy into concrete, high-quality deliverables and campaigns.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-channel programs across email, paid media, gifting, events, and field marketing.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on ABM performance, including account engagement and pipeline influence.
  • Familiarity with common marketing and sales tools (CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, gifting tools, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute always-on ABM strategies for targeted named Enterprise accounts, with a focus on 1:1 and 1:few programs geared towards enterprise buying committees.
  • Drive measurable impact on enterprise pipeline by sourcing and influencing opportunities, accelerating deal velocity, and deepening engagement with priority Tier 1 accounts.
  • Own full-funnel ABM programs aligned to the buyer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, and Purchase, Expansion).
  • Build and deliver custom ABM deliverables, including executive-facing decks, microsites, and content kits tailored to target accounts.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, gifting, field programs, and digital experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Field Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations to design ABM plays, ensure adoption, and connect strategy to execution.
  • Embed with enterprise sales pods to ensure tactical alignment, including campaign updates, follow-up material adoption, and pod-level reviews.
  • Own ABM program measurement and reporting, including account engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline influence.
  • Surface account intelligence and engagement signals to inform future ABM prioritization and program optimization.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce) to track engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.
