Serves as key point-of-contact for agency client(s). Must have experience and background to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues at a strategic and tactical level. Ensures that all projects and campaigns are on time, within budget and achieve strategic brand objectives. Plans and assists with coordinating and implementing integrated marketing initiatives and multi-faceted programs and projects while overseeing the agency account management team. Also responsible for developing new marketing program opportunities for existing clients. Account Directors must have strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with customers. They must also anticipate customers’ needs and analyze trends for future opportunities.
