We’re growing and looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive who is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals. Job Summary As an Account Executive, you’ll work with organizations that are investing in hardware and software solutions to build productive and secure networks. You’ll consult with prospects and clients, uncover their needs, and design solutions that create mutually beneficial, long-term relationships. You will: Manage and grow a territory of business clients Act as a trusted advisor on Managed IT Services and business technology Collaborate across internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience Proactively seek opportunities to expand Locknet’s presence in the market Your success directly contributes to the growth of Locknet Managed IT Services and our clients’ business outcomes.

Requirements

  • College degree in business, sales, marketing or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate understanding of computer networks and business technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common Sales & Marketing software tools (e.g., CRM, email, presentation tools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations and participating in conferences and sales events
  • Strong willingness to learn the details of our products, services, and industry
  • High level of interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and energy
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, grow, and thrive in a changing environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated alignment with company values and a high level of professionalism in all business interactions
  • This position requires driving regularly
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Maintains a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 2 plus years of Business to Business consultative sales experience selling business technology products and services

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales targets and go-to-market strategies in partnership with the Director of Sales and consistently meet or exceed them
  • Proactively source new clients by: Following up on leads Building and leveraging a referral network Visiting potential clients Conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations
  • Represent Locknet Managed IT Services at conferences, networking events, and industry functions; prepare and deliver presentations as needed
  • Provide accurate, consultative advice on our services and tailor solutions to each client’s business and IT needs
  • Demonstrate strong professional knowledge of Managed IT Services and related technologies
  • Clearly and succinctly communicate our competitive advantages in the marketplace
  • Perform effectively under pressure and within deadlines
  • Operate as a self-starter with a strong desire for continuous improvement and achievement of both short- and long-term goals
