About The Position

We are looking for a Temporary Account Manager / CSR for a 3.5-month maternity leave coverage from 4/13/2026 through 8/31/2026. Job Summary: The position of the Key Account Manager is responsible for customer maintenance including but not limited to: market research, formal quoting, pricing verification, inventory sales, and daily customer interaction/support. The Key Account Manager ensures that we exceed customer needs and provides a high level of value to the customer, ensuring the optimum AerSale Component Solutions expectations are being achieved while maintaining and developing key customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in industry environment focusing on customer relationships, account development practices, sales and/or marketing.
  • Must be multi-task/project oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry, meeting established timelines.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, listening and interpersonal skills are required to interact with all functional levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Detail orientated and organized.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and ERP system. Able and willing to generate various types of reports.
  • Willing to maintain availability via phone/email outside of regular working hours.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to exercise informed risk taking in order to make judgment calls.
  • Ability to prioritize and to work without close supervision

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact and representative for the customer.
  • Provide clear, timely, responsiveness and detailed quotations to the assigned customer base. This requires that the Key Account Manager be always available, including weekends and after hours, to communicate with customers when required.
  • Work with internal/external customers to clarify and resolve issues.
  • Work on the customers behalf to facilitate AerSale Component Solutionsachieve industry leading TAT and OTD.
  • Communicate with customer to manage their delivery priorities.
  • Participate and support the Operations team and the Sales team in the development of price contracts and proposals.
  • Communicate new or possible opportunities to help grow diversity of repairs received.
  • Maintain communication with customers appropriately sharing both good and bad news.
  • Provide timely quotes.
  • Act on behalf of AerSale Component Solution’s Customer Service.
  • Assist Business Development Manager and Sr. Management in development and implementation of field and marketing activities, capture of new business opportunities, and the management of target account programs.
  • Represent AerSale Component Solutions in a professional, innovative, positive, pro-active manner.
  • Work with customers to forecast their incoming units on daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and any holiday requirements.
  • Pro-actively advertise rotable inventory to customers.
  • Pro-actively obtain market data/pricing to stay in-tune with the market
  • Support finance dept. to resolve long standing AR issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Data & Records.
  • Share records of customer interactions and transactions (inquires, comments, complaints) with Manager.
  • Results Oriented.
  • Provide weekly status reports
