Requirements

Bachelor's degree or High School degree/GED with customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Insurance knowledge/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure proper coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely responses and strong customer service.
Support your team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems and performing audits.
Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
