About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Lodging division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high‑value, multi‑regional client relationships within the hospitality industry, with a focus on contract execution, operational alignment, and cost savings delivery. You will report directly to the Vice President Operations and regularly collaborate with Operations, Finance, and hotel partners. As an Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment with up to 25% travel as business needs require. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
  • 3-5 years travel industry experience; international experience a plus
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and contract management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management, follow‑up, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred (Spanish, French, Chinese, or Japanese)
  • Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Developing, managing, executing, and renewing hotel contracts on behalf of assigned clients
  • Managing high‑value client accounts with multi‑regional footprints
  • Tracking and identifying savings and revenue opportunities by analyzing account performance and market trends
  • Developing account loyalty through presentations, product education, and service enhancement discussions
  • Contributing to account management strategies by evaluating product results, identifying unmet customer needs, and monitoring competitive offerings
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sharing insights with Account Management leadership
  • Coordinating with Operations and Support teams to ensure SLAs are being met
  • Leveraging hotel relationships to support Finance with reconciliation and collection efforts when needed
  • Conducting training sessions with hotel partners on proprietary systems and procedures
  • Supervising and supporting Account Coordinators assigned to accounts, when applicable
  • Ensuring hotel contractual data is accurate and maintained across all required systems
  • Gathering data and preparing internal and client‑facing deliverables and reports
  • Conducting site visits as required to support client and hotel relationships
  • Delivering measurable cost savings and value for clients
  • Supporting special projects and additional duties as assigned
