About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with experience in technology and/or telecommunications sales to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client business needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technology or telecom solutions
  • Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and account expansion initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
