PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES • Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction • Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representative to ensure vehicles are ready and parked on-spot on-time for sale. • Performs basic client services duties such as monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client team, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth auction operations. • Educates on company products and services • With assistance from more senior peers and multiple auction departments, reviews sales lineup vehicles, recommending and coordinating reconditioning services, and conducting condition report and imaging audits to reduce the risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses. • Develops a foundational understanding of auction services concepts and methodologies including but not limited to condition report data and the vehicle inspection process. • Basic knowledge of computers software including Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and other internal business technology platforms • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. • Perform any other duties assigned
