About the role: As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client. About the team Production team processing mailroom and data entry transactions for top Healthcare customers within a BPO (Backoffice) setting.
Requirements
- Typically, 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to type at an accuracy of 99.5% at 55 WPM (Words Per Minute)
- Willingness and flexibility to work mandatory overtime as required by leadership
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Data entry experience within the Healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Performing production Data Entry, including data capture and data validation (process exception handling).
- Makes recommendations to the department supervisor on any matter affecting productivity, efficiency, service, or problem resolution.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
