Account Specialist - Resiliency Program Location: California, Remote (Home Office with Local Travel) Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking an Energy Efficiency Account Manager to support the RISE (Rebuilding Incentives for Sustainable Electric) Homes program in California. This strategic initiative sits at the nexus of residential electrification and disaster management, supporting communities affected by natural disasters as they navigate reconstruction into new decarbonized homes. You’ll focus on developing and nurturing relationships with building industry trade allies, residential builders, developers, raters, homebuilder associations, and local energy code departments. The ideal candidate has sufficient knowledge or experience in implementing residential construction or electrification projects, including building code or project scoping and development. This hybrid role combines home ‑ office and field work, giving you flexibility and variety each day. You’ll partner with stakeholders, trade allies, and ICF team members to provide outreach, recruitment, and technical support while driving improvements in energy ‑ efficient, all ‑ electric new construction. You’ll also expand partnerships with builders, developers, raters, homebuilder associations, and local energy code departments.
