About The Position
AO Globe Life Account Specialist Overview AO Globe Life is seeking an Account Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their accounts are accurately maintained and that they receive clear, supportive guidance throughout their enrollment experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, presentation, and client‑support abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage and update client accounts with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Guide clients through virtual consultations to review account information and available program options
- Assist clients with completing required forms, applications, and documentation
- Conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure all steps in the onboarding and service process are completed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless client experiences and consistent communication
- Build trust‑based relationships by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries promptly
