About The Position

Job Title: Account Supervisor Hybrid, Full-time, New York - Tribeca Agency: Havas Discovery LLC (Havas CX) Job Description: Serve as the primary liaison for senior-level clients (Senior Strategists, VP of Customer Acquisition, VP of Data Science). Manage client services, client relationships, project deliverables, strategic objectives, and internal processes for 2-3 key client accounts of the agency. Lead internal teams in strategic media recommendations, creative execution, development, and deployment. Work closely with Finance to conduct monthly billing reconciliations while driving account profitability and growth. Identify optimizations and competitive insights. Ensure quality of work meets agency standards and client objectives. Exercise managerial discretion to determine which strategic recommendations to present to senior-level clients and ensure execution aligns with client objectives. Establish quarterly business objectives for clients, as well as internal and client workflow processes. Responsible for long-term strategy and high-level campaign planning. This hybrid role permits remote work within the U.S. approx. 60% of the time, with the remaining time required in our New York City office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Media Studies (will accept 2 years of experience in position offered or media-related position at marketing agency in lieu of Bachelor’s degree), plus an additional 2 years of experience in the position offered or a senior account management capacity at marketing agency.
  • Two years of required experience must have included managing Fortune 500/Global Fortune 500 client accounts, with large-scale budgets of $1-5M, ensuring efficient resource allocation and accurate tracking of spend to meet financial targets; overseeing omni-media execution using a marketing technology platform; collaborating with creative, analytics, and planning teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns; developing and presenting customized strategies aligned with client objectives; analyzing audience insights to improve performance and maximize ROI; preparing detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders; and supervising a team of at least two employees.
