What You'll Do As an Accounting Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting the Accounting Department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Processing vendor payments and handling Accounts Payable transactions Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy in all entries Creating, verifying, and sending wire transfers Managing incoming and outgoing mail and departmental correspondence Maintaining W‑9 records and other key documentation Supporting a variety of internal accounting functions that contribute to the Bank's operational success This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thorough, and committed to excellence in financial processes.
