You’ll ensure the timely and accurate entry of invoices into our accounting system, proactively resolve vendor inquiries, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to address and reconcile invoice-related matters. WHAT YOU’LL DO Invoice Data Entry (60%) Loads invoices into the CIP program for data entry. Accurately keys property invoices of various complexity into the appropriate accounting system (CIP, OPS and MRI). Reviews invoices for accuracy regarding credits and underpayments. Reviews vendors to determine Ops property enablement needs. Property Issues & Reconciliation (30%) Reviews vendor statements for missing invoices in order to request from vendors. Assists with phone calls from vendors and internal customers with questions regarding payments. Researches and resolves issues in a timely manner, according to established department procedures. Escalates items to appropriate supervisors/departments when applicable. Communications (10%) Supplies vendors/properties with supporting documentation to resolve billing issues in compliance with established department guidelines. Other Duties/Projects. Assist coworkers and management in special projects as needed. Files information as defined by Division Controller. Other duties as deemed necessary and/or assigned by management.
