About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team! The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees all aspects of a high-volume accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while supervising AP staff and managing workflows. This role is responsible for vendor setup and compliance (including W-9s and 1099s), month-end close activities, reconciliations, payment processing, and system administration using Yooz, MatrixCare, and Finexio. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and proven experience leading teams and improving processes in a fast-paced AP environment. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of high-volume accounts payable experience are required. Requirements
