Examinetics is looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! This position will be in office at our Overland Park, KS location. The role ensures that Examinetics receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. Requirements

Associate Degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum two (2) years' related experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong organizational, problem solving, and telephone skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Navision a plus.

Responsibilities

Processing and routing of Examinetics customer invoices timely and accurately.
Processing customer Purchase Orders and applying to the appropriate Work Order
Researching and following up on pending customer invoice issues with appropriate staff.
Reconciling revenue accounts in the General Ledger.
Completing sales accruals and reversals.
Running weekly aging reports.
Completing end-of-month close procedures.
Processing credit and debit memos.
Creating and detailing receivable analysis reports.
