Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in an Accounts Receivable role? Do you want to be part of a company helping to make a difference in individuals’ lives? In the role of AR Supervisor, your oversight of all aspects of Accounts Receivable, revenue recognition, billing, and cash application reporting and reconciliations will make you an important part of our commitment to serve others.
Salary: $71,000 Annually
Hybrid model: Must be able to commute to Rancho Cucamonga office 1x a week, and as needed for business needs.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and some supervisory experience
• Effective communication skills and strong management skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily and monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that revenues are recorded timely and accurately
• Audit methods and procedures of the accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and maintain accurate records
• Act as liaison between Shared Service Center (SSC) and Clinical Operations to ensure timely submission and accuracy of data
• Process Roll-Up of services (if required); reconcile units/charges against reports received from Clinical Operations for reasonableness
• Generate, distribute, and review revenue/billing reports Audit monthly procedures
• Maintain an effective control environment for the accounting operations
