This is professional services work to facilitate, and coordinate the operational standards and policies within the Sheriff’s Office. Work includes monitoring performance standards, policy implementation and processes for CALEA compliance within Sheriff’s law enforcement division including making recommendations for corrective action as necessary. The person filling the position is non-sworn but has the authority to make appropriate assignments and enforce deadlines throughout the agency. This position is 40 hours per week, with a full benefits package. Pay is commensurate with experience.
