About The Position

Requirements

A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections.
Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, organize, and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents’ interests, abilities, and comprehensive care assessments.
Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose, dignity, and fun.
Participate in community planning to support residents, families, and local engagement.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to activity programming.
Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily.
Build a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring programs reflect warmth, personal attention, and positivity.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events.
Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed.
Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness.
