Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics and products. At BAE Systems, you’ll be amongst the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry’s most difficult problems. Drawing strength from our differences, we’re innovating for the future. And you can, too. We put our customers first – exemplified by our missions: “We Protect Those Who Protect Us®” and “We Innovate For Those Who Move The World™.” Sound like a team you want to be a part of? Come build your career with BAE Systems. The Engineering Operations Capability Group’s Additive Manufacturing (AM) Center in our Hudson, NH facility is seeking a motivated high‑school graduate for a summer internship on our fast‑moving AM team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work with the latest industrial‑grade 3‑D printers—from fused‑filament machines to high‑resolution resin systems—and see how cutting‑edge parts are created that traditional manufacturing simply can’t achieve. Throughout the summer you’ll support the day‑to‑day flow of the AM Center, helping with everything from part‑job scheduling and printer setup to post‑processing and assembly of program hardware. You’ll assist engineers in designing, printing, and finishing novel components that demonstrate new technical concepts, gaining exposure to a wide range of high‑performance AM materials and their real‑world applications at BAE. Your days will be varied and never dull, blending mechanical‑hands‑on work with technical problem‑solving, all under the mentorship of experienced AM engineers. You’ll collaborate directly with engineers, programs, and cross‑functional stakeholders, building a solid foundation in additive manufacturing and engineering operations while contributing to projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
