About The Position

Teach one or more mathematics and/or statistics courses ranging from Contemporary Math through Differential Equations and Business Statistics. Classes will be available during the summer, fall, and spring semesters and will be taught on the JCCC campus in a face-to-face format.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours earned in mathematics-intensive courses.
  • To be considered for this position we will require an application, resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcripts (undergraduate and graduate).
  • Unofficial transcripts are required for all Adjunct faculty and Faculty positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Good oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of students at a community college.
  • Experience teaching at the community college level.
  • Experience using Canvas or similar learning management system.
  • Ability to effectively teach statistics courses.
