Requirements

Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.
Credential from a nationally recognized and accredited credentialing agency.
Current CPR Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience or teaching in the field, or a combination of both, within the last 5 years.
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification is mandatory.
3+ years of professional experience working as a Surgical Technologist.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and mentor students in a professional and educational setting.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

Deliver curriculum content effectively to Surgical Technology students, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry standards.
Mentor students to develop technical skills, professional behavior, and ethical practices essential for success in the surgical technology field.
