Requirements

Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.
Credential from a nationally recognized and accredited credentialing agency.
Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
A minimum of three years of operating room experience or teaching in the field within the last five years, or a combination of both.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
Three or more years of professional experience as a Surgical Technologist.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and mentor students in an educational setting.
