As a Admin Solutions Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations, and monitoring of partner platforms for organizations using Admin Solutions services. Protect system quality and integrity, monitoring outputs, validating data, performing routine audits, and helping identify issues before they become problems. Support testing and launches, contributing to UAT, regression testing, and release readiness while documenting results and strengthening process controls. Collaborate across teams — from Product to Technology to Compliance — to understand requirements, resolve operational challenges, and support new enhancements. Requirements

  • Bring a curiosity for systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn —leveraging your growing analytical, documentation, and operational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, operations, customer support, or systems support role, or relevant internship/co-op experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
