Requirements

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very adaptable – responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort working with contract documents, data entry, and document management systems (CLM experience a plus).
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years office management or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar data-management tools preferred.
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial

Responsibilities

  • Under minimal supervision, provides a wide range of general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other projects as assigned.
  • Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties.
  • May provide direction and coaching to less experienced Administrative Assistants or other office staff colleagues.
