What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Under general supervision, provides administrative and contract-related support to the local CTC and regional teams. Responsible for contract administration tasks, data management, system updates, and ongoing organizational support to ensure efficient departmental operations. Maintain Smartsheet data, run reports, and organize information as needed. Demonstrate a willingness to learn customer and subcontractor contract processes, including terms and conditions. Complete projects and special assignments by determining priorities, managing timelines, and adjusting plans as necessary. Work with flexibility and the ability to pivot frequently between tasks. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very adaptable – responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service oriented with high attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly adaptable; responds effectively to changing information or situations and can build consensus using strong communication skills.
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years office management or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar data-management tools preferred.
  • Previous experience with contracts preferred
  • Experience supporting an operations team preferred
  • Security, Construction, or related industry experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities
