About The Position

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership or team Arrange travel schedule for leadership team member and expense reports Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely manner Assist with administrative financial management needs of the department Assist with communications and event planning / scheduling needs of the department Help with formatting various communications and sending communications out on leader behalf Help with various tasks around the office - lunch, ordering supplies, completing forms at the request of leader Handle additional requests as they arise Manage the Corporate Strategy calendar and scheduling needs Manage the Corporate Strategy File Sharing system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong decision making and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills
  • Proper presentation, development, and editing skills
  • Effective analytical, listening, and writing skills
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities
