Location: Middletown, NY Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM (Unpaid Lunch). This position is on-site only. OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Track and ensure timely submission of financial reports, budget documents, and related materials; maintain organized and accurate records Support preparation for Finance Committee, Board, and audit-related meetings, including logistics and materials coordination Prepare and format financial reports, correspondence, presentations, and internal documentation Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Review and distribute incoming communications, including financial documents, memos, and reports Maintain and organize financial files, records, and documentation in accordance with compliance standards Support document management and archiving procedures specific to financial operations Coordinate travel arrangements and expense documentation for finance leadership, as needed Perform general administrative duties such as managing office supplies and supporting day-to-day departmental operations Serve as a liaison between the Finance Department and internal/external stakeholders Support tracking of key finance deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items Perform additional duties as assigned ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (with emphasis on Excel for financial tracking and reporting support) QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in handling financial data High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptability and responsiveness to shifting departmental needs Professional communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical aptitude, especially with financial systems and reporting tools Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Or 1-2 years of equivalent administrative experience, ideally within a finance or accounting environment.
