Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial systems, and basic accounting processes
  • Interest in learning month-end closing procedures and process automation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multicultural office environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial documentation
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, helping ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Help streamline and automate finance processes to improve efficiency
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal use
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth finance operations
  • Contribute to special projects as needed
