We have an opportunity for a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Orlando team. This person will support the daily operations of the Orlando office. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.
- Assist with processing and tracking change orders to ensure timely updates.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Maintain and coordinate weekly workload planner in Excel
