About The Position

This position provides comprehensive administrative support and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and organizational duties, including but not limited to: Typing and preparing correspondence, memorandums, and other documents Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations Answering multi-line telephone systems; handling routine inquiries, directing calls, or taking messages Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner Sorting and distributing mail and faxes Preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments Photocopying and document reproduction Maintaining both general and confidential filing systems Compiling data and generating reports Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes Coordinating annual sales meetings Assembling materials and organizing booklets for quarterly and annual sales meetings Coordinating travel arrangements and training sessions Managing and processing expense reports Ordering office supplies Performing other duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Must meet live operations requirements, including bio-security protocols
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Forest, MS office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities, exercise sound judgment, evaluate results, and coordinate effectively with others
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Residency within 50 miles of the Forest, MS office is required

  • Previous Harvest Scheduling experience preferred
