We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to assist the Director in overseeing and coordinating administrative operations. Responsibilities include providing personnel support, such as screening and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks, as well as developing and updating policies, and managing special projects. This position plays a key role in supporting Human Resources functions, including the administration and tracking of Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), workers' compensation processes, employee onboarding, and coordination of safety training initiatives. A critical component of this role is the handling of sensitive and confidential information. The selected candidate must demonstrate the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in managing personnel and organizational information at all times. The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a tactful and courteous manner.
