Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of experience in administrative support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive material, manages calendars, coordinates meetings, travel, and supplies and has proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, as well as establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to gather and report data in meaningful format.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations and communicating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in related field.
  • Proficiency in various computer software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support and acts as a backup in this capacity to others as needed.
  • Substantial calendar management for assigned executive(s) and/or senior leader(s). Coordinates with other administrative personnel when needed.
  • Coordinates meetings inclusive of preparation materials, logistics, minutes, and action items (if applicable), and performs other tasks needed to support a successful meeting.
  • Supports leadership through the assignment of special projects or tasks that may be ongoing or on a one-off basis.
  • Arranges travel and travel reimbursement for assigned individuals within company policy.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual communications, reports, distribution lists, etc.
  • Event planning, managing fundraisers, corporate events, etc.
  • Orders and distributes supplies where appropriate.
  • Schedules service and/or maintenance requests for equipment.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
