Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide a broad range of duties within the corporate law division. We are looking for an individual who can work independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced and collegial team environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

  • Banking experience

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming federal criminal subpoenas, search warrants and court orders
  • Create files, track and distribute new files to paralegals
  • Input and review for accuracy information into a centralized database
  • Monitor shared team Outlook inboxes and respond appropriately
  • Use a variety of software packages for word processing, maintaining spreadsheets, conducting research, etc.
  • Provide a variety of administrative support functions as assigned
