Position Summary The Administrative Support will be responsible for but not limited to providing Supports all aspects of Conco sales, specifically within our Conco company power division. This position works directly with the Regional Managers and external customers. This position is responsible to ensure compliance for our client requests for quotes and processing of all orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; additional business education in Sales preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office, Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States.

  • Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and various office equipment (such as printers, phones, and fax machines) to complete assigned duties.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
  • Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read documents, emails, and work on a computer screen.
  • Sufficient hearing to engage in conversations and participate in phone calls and meetings.
  • Occasionally lift and carry files or office supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional walking, standing, and bending to perform tasks, access files, or attend meetings.
  • Ability to work in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and exposure to computers.

Responsibilities

  • Produce job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Sales team
  • Enter customer and job-related data into NetSuite software systems.
  • Communicate daily with SAM’s, Inside Sales, and outside sales departments.
  • Provide account management support to Sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Notify and distribute all job specific information to the necessary parties to begin job workflow process.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding Conco services and products, including receiving and entering orders.
  • Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with quoted service scopes, pricing and to determine any special customer requirements that must be communicated to internal departments.
  • Updating job information board.
  • Adhere to Employee’s Responsibilities section set forth in Conco’s Safety Policies & Procedure Manual.
