We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Accounting team. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department by providing administrative, coordination and clerical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable and comfortable working with financial documentation and confidential information. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving and supporting a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business is preferred; equivalent work experience is accepted
  • 5-7 years' of administrative or office support experience is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, with a high degree of integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or accounting software systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team
  • Periodic support for the executive leadership team will be necessary
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining financial records and documentation
  • Prepare, format and distribute financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and administer meetings for the department
  • Assist with internal communications and coordination between departments
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
